Delaware blue coats staff

I had the great privilege of working as a game-day staff member for the Blue Coats. Every day brought new experiences and such joy, especially as I got to see the athletic equipment and sports gear in action. I gained behind-the-scenes experience into what it takes to run a successful basketball game, ensuring that everyone who entered the building felt the passion and electricity surrounding the event. I learned the importance of networking, being punctual, and effective teamwork and communication. Working for the Blue Coats, I developed an excellent attention to detail, which also included managing  entertainment for the kids to enhance the fan experience.
