My time with Rowan athletics

I assist the full-time staff in the home game operations for football, soccer, field hockey, volleyball and men’s and women’s basketball. This includes assisting with the keeping of statistics, as well as preparation and setup for the events, such as creating game programs. I’ve worked on projects to enhance the department’s archives and create digital archives that are housed on RowanAthletics.com. I have successfully created photo galleries that are shared with the student-athletes and posted on the website. I update student-athlete bios and organize photo archives. I’ve learned about the creation of digital content for the website and social media.

GAME/EVENT MANAGEMENT

I assist Game Managers with coverage of home events with duties such as: 

• Set-up

• Concessions – inventory and supervision

• Apparel – inventory and supervision

• Ticket Sales and scanning
